Colonial House Inn has a 2 week cancellation/change policy. You will be charged the first 2 nights if you were to cancel or change your reservation within 2 weeks of your arrival date. We can hold your reservation with a visa or master card, when you arrive payment is required in full, we accept visa or master card, cash or travelers checks. When your request of availability is confirmed you must give your credit card details. Once we receive this a reservation can be made (provided we still have availability) and we would give you a confirmation code. No reservation is guaranteed until you receive the confirmation code.
